If you encounter problems during your Ledger setup via Ledger.com/start, this guide covers the most common issues and solutions. Remember: Ledger support will never ask for your recovery phrase or PIN code.
Device Not Recognized
Problem: Your Ledger device isn't detected after Ledger.com/start download.
Solutions:
